Teledomica Limited ("Teledomica" or "we"), the sole property and copyright owner of Teledomica XR Viewer enables users to explore and visualize digital 3D models in a way that is both interactive and immersive. Teledomica values your privacy and is dedicated to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy will inform you about the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data when you use our application and will also inform you about your privacy rights.

This Privacy Policy covers the handling of your personal information collected and processed by Teledomica when you utilize our Services, such as our website, mobile app, and XR app (Teledomica XR Viewer). This includes any information you may provide when creating an account, purchasing a product or service, or using our Services in any way.

By using or accessing our Services, you agree to collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that you have read and understand the policy and agree to its terms. Account Information

When creating an account to use our Services, you might be required to provide us with personal information such as your name, email location, gender, phone number, profile image and AR/VR device type. For enterprise users, we may also collect additional personal information such as the name and address of your business and your role within the business.

Communications with Us

When you request information about our Services, register for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, or communicate with us, we may collect personal information from you such as your email address, name, employer, or other company you are associated with, AR/VR device type and purchasing plans.

User Generated Content

Any content, such as 3D models (digitally created or scanned), audio files, pictures, videos, and written information, that users upload to Teledomica via our website is referred to as User Generated Content (“UGC”).

If you include any personal information in the UGC that you upload, it may have to be processed by Teledomica. Please avoid uploading sensitive or biometric data in the UGC.

Social Interaction Features

We may offer social interaction features such as forums, blogs, chat and messaging services, and social media pages on our Services. We and other users of our Services may collect the information you submit or make available through social interaction features. Any content you provide through the public sections of these features will be considered "public" and may not be fully protected by the privacy measures outlined in this policy. By using these interactive features, you acknowledge the risk that personal information provided by you may be viewed and used by third parties for their own purposes.

Survey Participation

We may reach out to you to participate in surveys. If you choose to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information that may include personal information.

Registration for Design Contests

We may also run design contests and the contact information you provide may be used to notify you about the contest and for other promotional, marketing, and business purposes, if allowed by law. In certain jurisdictions, it is mandatory for us to publicly disclose information about the winners. 

Meetings in Person

We may participate in conferences and other events shows where we collect personal information from individuals who interact with or express interest in Us and/or our Services. This includes creating, managing, and verifying accounts, processing purchases, providing features, monitoring and analyzing the Services, and preventing fraud, misuse and other illegal or harmful activities, managing our relationship with you, including communicating with you, responding to your queries and tech support requests, and notifying you of changes to our terms or policies.

De-identified and Aggregated Information Use:  We also collect, use, share and otherwise process certain information that does not personally identify you such as aggregated, statistical, or de-identified data that we infer, create, or otherwise gather from various sources. Such information could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this information will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific application feature. However, please note that some features of the Services may not function properly if some settings aree disabled or if you uninstall the mobile application.
