Teledomica Limited ("Teledomica" or "we"), the sole property and copyright owner of Teledomica XR Viewer enables users to explore and visualize digital 3D models in a way that is both interactive and immersive. Teledomica values your privacy and is dedicated to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy will inform you about the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data when you use our application and will also inform you about your privacy rights.
This Privacy Policy covers the handling of your personal information collected and processed by Teledomica when you utilize our Services, such as our website, mobile app, and XR app (Teledomica XR Viewer). This includes any information you may provide when creating an account, purchasing a product or service, or using our Services in any way.

For enterprise users, we may also collect additional personal information such as the name and address of your business and your role within the business.

When you request information about our Services, register for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, or communicate with us, we may collect personal information from you such as your email address, name, employer, or other company you are associated with, AR/VR device type and purchasing plans.
User Generated Content
Any content, such as 3D models (digitally created or scanned), audio files, pictures, videos, and written information, that users upload to Teledomica via our website is referred to as User
Generated Content (“UGC”).
If you include any personal information in the UGC that you upload, it may have to be processed by Teledomica. Please avoid uploading sensitive or biometric data in the UGC.
Social Interaction Features
We may offer social interaction features such as forums, blogs, chat and messaging services, and social media pages on our Services. We and other users of our Services may collect the information you submit or make available through social interaction features. Any content you provide through the public sections of these features will be considered "public" and may not be fully protected by the privacy measures outlined in this policy.
