Teledomica Quick Start Guide
Welcome to Teledomica, your gateway to showcasing, sharing, and experiencing 3D models in Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality. This guide walks you through setting up your account, uploading models, and viewing them across various platforms.
You can sign up for Teledomica using your Google account or a valid email address.
• To use Google: Click on the 'Sign in with Google' button on the landing page.
• To register manually: Enter your name, email, password, and accept the terms. You’ll receive a verification email to activate your account.Once logged in, your dashboard will display the following sections:
• Explore – Browse public models and branded content from other creators
• Library – Saved and pinned models for personal reference
• Sampleroom – Private space for confidential or prototyped 3D models
• Collections – Organize your models into logical groups
• Showcase – Publish your models for public viewing on Web, AR, and VRTo create a new private 3D sample:

Drag and drop a .glb model

Upload a thumbnail and optional screenshots

Enter a name, short and long description

Click 'Create Sample'.

To make it visible in the headset, hit 'Publish'. Otherwise, it remains in 'Draft'.

To share a private model:

Navigate to your sample list

Click 'Share', then 'Add Member'Enter their email.

They’ll find it under 'Shared with Me' once logged in.

Collections are folders that help group your models for better navigation. Create a collection by naming it, adding a cover image, and a short description.
The Showcase allows you to present your models publicly:

Upload your .glb file and model information

Choose a collection for categorization

Click 'Create Showcase'.

Set the visibility to 'Publish' so it’s available for public Web, AR, and VR viewing.

After uploading and publishing a model to Showcase:

Go to the Showcase list and locate your model

Click the three-dot menu on the right
-
Select 'QR Code / Link'
You’ll see a pop-up with the QR code and a copyable URL.
This QR code/link allows customers to:
• Instantly view the model in AR (using Android or iOS)
• Embed or share the link on a website
• Visualize products in their environment using mobile WebAR
You can download the QR code image or copy the direct link.-

Download the Teledomica app from the Meta Quest App Store.

Launch the app on your Meta Quest headset.

On your first login, a pairing code will be displayed.

Visit https://webapp.teledomica.com on your browser and log into your account.

Enter the pairing code on the web dashboard to link your headset.
Once pairing is complete, your Sample Room, Showcases, and Shared With Me content will automatically be accessible inside the headset for immersive viewing and presentation.

Once you launch the Teledomica app on your Meta Quest headset, you’ll arrive in the lobby, the starting point for your experience. From here, you’ll see three main options.

Explore – Browse publicly shared 3D content from brands and creators

Meeting – Join or host collaborative sessions with others in real-time

My Room – Access your own content and anything shared with you
Getting Oriented: Start with the Tutorial
In the top-right corner of the lobby, you’ll find the Tutorial button. We highly recommend starting here. It guides you through the basics:

How to open and close the menu

How to rotate, scale, and move 3D models
-
How to select and group multiple objects
-
How to run model animations and use interaction tools
Explore Mode: Browse and Interact with Products
When you enter Explore, the app may ask to scan your physical space to define your room boundaries. Confirm with a thumbs-up gesture or by pressing the A button on your controller.
Once the scan is complete:

Give a thumbs up or press A to bring up the main menu.

Tap the + button to open the catalog of brands.
-
Select a brand → Browse products → Click Add to Scene to bring them into your space.
You can now interact with the models using hand gestures or the menu:

Move, scale, rotate, or duplicate them

Run animations (if available)
-
Switch to full Virtual Reality mode using the VR button

Return to the lobby with the Home button (bottom right of the menu)
My Room: Your Personal Content
My Room shows everything tied to your account and organization:

Sample Room – Your own uploaded 3D models
-
Library – Models you've liked from public showcases
-
Shared With Me – Content shared specifically with your account
Meeting Room: Collaborate in Real Time
Enter the Meeting Room to host or join shared virtual sessions:

Create a Room → A 6-digit code will be generated

Share the code with others so they can join
-
Use the thumbs up to open the participant list and view the room code
Any model added or moved in the room is instantly synchronized across all users’ headsets. It’s like being in the same room, no matter where you are.
